Student Policy:

• Cancellation Policy: 24 hour notice prior to scheduled appointment time is required (with the exception of illness). Make ups are to be scheduled within the same month of the missed appointment, unless we have discussed and agreed upon an alternative arrangement for a particular absence.

• Make up policy: If I don’t receive 24 hour notice of cancellation (with the exception of illness), then you will be charged for that lesson and will not be entitled to a make up lesson. If a make up cannot be scheduled within the same month, then no credit will be carried over to the next month. Make ups cannot be scheduled on regular lesson days, make ups have to be scheduled separately.

• Credits: Credit to the following month will only be applied if Teacher Brittney cancels the session, any other missed class will be required to be scheduled as a make up.

• Payment Policy: Payment is due in full at the beginning of every month within the first seven days of that month. Cash, check, Venmo, or PayPal are all acceptable forms of payment. If payment is late by 30 days or more there will be a %18 percent increase for every 30 days as a late fee until payment is received.

• Liability: There must be an adult present over the age of 18 during appointment times.
